Our past performance is so impeccable that several surety companies currently support us with a surety program of $3,500,000 single project limit with a $6,000,000 aggregate program limit. They are willing to consider increasing the bonding limits as and when needed on a case by case basis.

- Solar Services (Grid tie in photovoltaic installations & Non grid Tie in Photovoltaic Installations (roof mounts & ground mounts), Solar parking lot light poles with battery back- up)
- Commercial fencing (High security anti-ram fencing, ornamental fence installations (steel & aluminum), chain link installations)
- Land clearing (Tree clearing, excavation and re-grading of soil, bio swale & catch basin Installations)
- PMO functions such as estimating, construction management, collaborating with architects/engineers, designing, assessing environmental implications, tight project management of budgets and project execution.
Our team has the personnel, resources, equipment and relevant past experience to exceed your expectations in the performance of the scope awarded under the above referenced project. We have organized a group of Construction Management professionals in a vertical line reporting organization, supported by a pool of Project Managers and Site Superintendents to provide oversight of all onsite work via field proven procedures that ensure quality, safety and compliance with scope. In addition to our core key personnel, we have multiple, regional subcontractors that have previously worked with our team on projects of similar size, scope, complexity and value to those projects anticipated to be awarded under the referenced project.
