Responsibilities:
- Establish program plans, structures, processes, schedules, reporting requirements, communication channels, and quality control functions necessary to achieve set objectives.
- Ensure alignment of activities with program goals and objectives, ensuring production schedules are met, system resources are utilized efficiently and effectively, and proper relationships are established between customers.\
- Provide a central point of communication and issue management for critical production issues
- Generate required project reports
- Develop project plans, timelines, and schedules.
- Responsible for all contractor personnel and will ensure program performance requirements are met.
- Manage cost, schedule, performance, and risk identification / mitigation on initiatives including but not limited to systems, tools, equipment, software, facilities and other activities.
- Coordinate resolutions to production-related problems.
- Manage the required manpower support levels throughout the period of performance of the contract.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited academic institution
- Minimum 8 years’ progressive experience in how the Army operates to include experience managing, staffing, overseeing, and completing the same or similar work (i.e., a demonstrated knowledge of Army Recruiting Battalion and Company Operations) and scope (administrative support).
- Project Management Professional certification desired.
